2010 Miss Lake of the Ozarks Pageant Part 1
About 100 guests enjoyed watching the third annual preliminary to the Miss Missouri and Miss America pageants – the Miss Lake of the Ozarks Pageant – on Saturday at Cummings Auditorium at School of the Osage High School in Kaiser. The audience and a panel of both Lake Area and statewide judges watched five Miss Teen and 10 Miss Lake of the Ozarks contestants display talent, talk about their varied platforms, show their healthy lifestyle in fitness ensemble routines and answer questions from reigning Miss Missouri and 2009 Miss Lake of the Ozarks Tara Osseck. This video displays contestant talent and highlights from this year's pageant.

"Guys and Dolls" musical revue: Volume 1
On Friday and Saturday, Camdenton students took the stage at RC Worthan Auditorium for their spring musical production of "Guys and Dolls." On Thursday, the production's orchestra, led by Paul Baur and including community musicians and students, and a cast and crew of more than 75 students finalized their scenes at a special dress rehearsal Feb. 18. Hundreds of guests attended the production during its three performances to the continued professional and talented students who bring a top-notch performance to the stage every year. This video features one of the production's first musical numbers, "The Old Established."

'Musical pumpkins during 2010 Halloween on the Strip
Ghouls and goblins of all shapes and sizes enjoyed a holiday tradition as they walked from business to business collecting treats, among several activities during Halloween on the Strip in Lake Ozark Saturday afternoon. Aside from trick-or-treating, children and families enjoyed a variety of Halloween games, entertainment and an annual costume contest where several kids won prizes for being “best dressed.”
