Leland O. Mills Elementary recently announced students who earned the Good Citizens award for January.
One student from each classroom was selected by the classroom teacher to be the Good Citizen of the Month. Students who receive the Good Citizen award are recognized at the monthly Terrific Kids Assembly and have lunch at McDonald’s with the principal.
Students in kindergarten who were recognized as Good Citizens for January include Grace Larson, Bailey Luttrell, Olivia Farley, Taylor Johnson, Addisyn Boren, Brooke Strickler, Jack Crane and Gratian Adams.
Second-grade students are pictured here.
Students in first grade who were recognized as Good Citizens for January include Haley Spriggs, Kylee Burgun, Mattilyn Lewis, Samuel Maher, Trace Berg, Hanna Robinett, Kamden Durnin and Konner Vaughn.
Students in second grade who were recognized as Good Citizens for January include Haylie Schutz, Adrienne Dubbs, Madison Johnson, Heaven Mizell, Calyn Krecklow, Kara Chilton, Reese Good and Michelle Mai.
