Pickleball moves indoors for winter

Pickleball at Laurie has moved indoors for the winter. Ron Dugan has generously offered The Stables at Cannon Smoked Saloon for Pickleball to continue through the winter months.

The indoor court will be open for play at 10 a.m.
on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays. Beginners are invited for free lessons on Tuesdays at 9:30 a.m. Instructors and equipment will be available for you to give Pickleball a try. The cost is free.

This game is a fun, fast-paced, and healthy sport for people of all ages. It is sort of a cross between tennis and ping-pong and is played over a net with paddles and a wiffle-type ball. You need not be an "athlete" to play this delightful game; come give it a try. It is great exercise, great fun, includes great people, and puts a great smile on your face.
